Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive project plans,including scope,budget,and timeline.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors,and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
• Create and manage project budgets,tracking expenses and cost control.
• Evaluate change orders and variations,ensuring financial viability.
• Review electrical engineering designs,specifications, and drawings.
• Collaborate with design consultants and contractors on technical aspects.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues,and address unforeseen challenges.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and promote best practices.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and productivity.

Job requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years working experiences in project management within the built environment specifically in electrical work installation projects.
• Proficiency with CAD software and MS office.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Possess good leadership qualities.
• Preferably with driving licence and possess own car.
