Technical Manager (Product Engineering)

Role Summary:
You will lead and oversee the yield and defectivity performance initiatives, driving best-in-class results across new and mass production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage yield analysis and improvement efforts for new and mass production products.
• Oversee systematic analysis of product yield abnormalities and develop strategic solutions.
• Collaborate closely with modules, Integration, QRA, and other teams to resolve complex product technical issues.
• Set product yield targets, forecasts, and track progress to ensure achievement of goals.
• Drive participation and leadership in new process development and production ramp-up activities.
• Manage yield improvement projects and respond to related customer requests effectively.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Material Engineering, or Physics.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including modules, Process Integration, or Product Engineering, with demonstrated leadership roles preferred.
• Strong analytical background with proficiency in tools such as ACEXP, JMP, and Minitab.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and driving yield improvement programs.

Personal Attributes:

• Willingness to travel to Taiwan for training (6 to 9 months) if required.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, accountable, and results-driven mindset.
• Effective in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
