Role Summary:

You will be responsible to manage and improve quality control processes in semiconductor manufacturing to ensure compliance with industry standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage quality control processes throughout semiconductor production, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Develop, implement, and refine quality assurance protocols specific to semiconductor manufacturing to maintain high product quality and reliability.
• Lead comprehensive investigations into wafer defects, analyse root causes, and coordinate corrective actions to resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborate with fab and engineering teams to ensure that quality standards and process requirements are consistently met.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on quality metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall production efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to quality engineering staff, fostering their professional development, and improving team performance.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in EE/Physics/Material Science or other related engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and quality control management.
• Experience working in a 12''(300mm) semiconductor fabrication facilities would be advantageous.
• Proficient in quality standards, knowledgeable on semiconductor processes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
