Call Centre Officer (1-Year Contract)

Location: Tampines
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
Salary: Up to $2,900/month
Vacancies: Immediate

Interview Process:

• First interview conducted online
• Second interview will be in-person (for shortlisted candidates)

Work Schedule:

• 2 days work, 2 days rest (rotating schedule)
• Rotating 12-hour shifts:
  Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Shift includes weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with appointment scheduling, enquiries, and basic triaging
• Accurately document call interactions in internal systems
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth call centre operations

Key Requirements:

• Able to work 12 Hours rotating shift
