IT Support Executive (SAP FICO Techno-Functional)
Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 830am - 530pm ( Mon - Fri)
Salary : $4,500 to $5,500
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support the SAP FICO modules within the S/4 HANA environment, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Perform testing, user training, document and provide ongoing support to maximize the efficiency of SAP FICO solutions.
- Manage system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues in the FICO modules, providing effective solutions to enhance system performance.
- Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment and integrate activities with other teams within IT to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts.
- Troubleshoot and support SAC Planning and Reporting modules
- Troubleshoot and support SAC Concur Invoice module and interface to S/4 HANA.
- Undertake any other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or implementation.
- Strong understanding of SAP Finance process ,statutory reporting and audit requirements.
- Experience with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.)
- Must have delivered multiple full cycle rollouts with hands-on expertise in configuring SAP systems.
