Supervisor

Supervisor:

To carry out all responsibilities of a Site Supervisor on construction site.

• Lead and manage different projects, including Renovation, Reinstatement, etc.

• Responsible to perform Technical Maintenance activities including Testing, Repair, Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, as well as other related issues

• To ensure all activities are accurate and done according to regulations.

• Carry out ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager

• Able to lead the team of workers

• Assessing and managing safety hazards.

• Attend to non-schedule or emergency call-up repairs.

• Handle project documentation, monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and schedule of works.

• Writing service reports for carried out work/repair/service.

Requirements:

• 5 years or above relevant experience.

• Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently and team work

• Understand floor plan, SLD, etc.

• Strong critical-thinking and problem solving, attention to detail and time management skills

• Must be able to read, write and understand English

• Able to speak English and Chinese, well coordinate between clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation

• Willing to work 6-day work week + OT when needed

• Preferred to have Singapore Class 3 driving licence that able to drive lorry or van

评估和管理安全隐患

处理并监督工程各个项目及进度，申请物料，控制成本

可以处理紧急维修/突发状况

懂得看图，有较好的动手能力，可以做简单工作报告，有责任心

有较好沟通能力，可以用英语，华语沟通，能够协调公司，工人，以及顾客方问题

最好有新加坡3号驾驶证，可以驾驶罗里

公司在Tampines淡滨尼，工作地点： 全岛
