Shipping Executive (3PL)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions with operations in over 160 countries. The company provides end-to-end services across industries such as automotive, healthcare, and technology, specializing in air, ocean, ground, and contract logistics.

They are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive (Airfreight) to join their dynamic and inclusive team. • Permanent and stable opportunity
• Location: Alps (Transportation provided at Sengkang, Tanah Merah, Ang Mo Kio, Tampines and Bedok)
• Work days: 5.5 days, Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6pm), Sat (9am - 1pm)
• Salary up to $4000 + AWS + VB

The Job:

• Handle air export shipments and coordinate with internal teams and overseas agent.
• Manage flight bookings and shipment documentation (AWB/HAWB)
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide shipment updates
• Ensure compliance with IATA rules and customer SOPs
• Liaise on rate approvals and resolve invoice disputes
• Update shipment data accurately in systems and monitor KPIs
• Support shipment execution and escalate issues when necessary
• Provide airfreight quotations and assist with ad-hoc tasks

The Talent:

• Min. 2 years of professional experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Proficiency in import/ export documentation will be advantageous
