Senior Accounts Executive (Full set)

• Well Established Company
• Basic $3,000 - $4,000 + Variable Bonus
• Working location: Tampines North
• Working day: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations
• Ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting day-to-day finance operations.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure all accounting transactions comply with local statutory requirements and internal financial policies.
• Perform and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries, audit schedules, and assist in tax computations and statutory filings (e.g., GST/VAT).
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
• Play a key role in maintaining financial compliance and contributing to the smooth functioning of the accounting function.
• Support the Finance Manager in ad hoc financial projects, system improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager / Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
