- Working day: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 9am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing the group's consolidated accounts and supporting the audit process.
- Working with the external auditors to ensure that accounts are filed with the relevant authorities together with organizing financial controls around all the different entities within your firm.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
- Assist with timely and accurate preparation and analysis of the group financial and management reports.
- Oversee the outsourced finance function of a German legal entity and be responsible for the accounting of the group holding company.
- Other related administrative support or ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Accountancy/ Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with great passion on accounting work.
- Must have experience in audit and consolidation.
- Special licenses or certification may be required.
- Knowledge in MYOB or equivalent is a benefit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially on outlook and excel.
