Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
5-day work week

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Process AEs/Technicians to ensure efficient production operations
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop process flows that meet customer and business requirements
• Ensure proper maintenance of production work instructions, SFC control, and SAP processes
• Drive and implement ECO changes with the operations team
• Improve process efficiency through UPH tracking, process improvements, and Kaizen activities
• Maintain and update the EC masterlist
• Prepare and revise Work Instructions (W/I)
• Conduct W/I training sessions for production staff
• Support NPI and mass production runs
• Participate in ISO implementation and maintenance

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with RBA standards
