Key Account Manager (Sales / Account Management / Audio Visual)

• Working day: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to spot opportunities and understand client requirements.
• Actively seek leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and presales demos.
• Prepare compelling sales presentations, project quotes, and pricing proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals, resolving objections and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, distributors, and resellers to coordinate pricing and logistics.
• Manage existing accounts, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Work with internal stakeholders—Project, Technical, and IT—to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec and/or Diploma or equivalent with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
