Hair Consultant | Tampines | Gross up to $5,000 + Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional consultations on hair and scalp health.
• Analyze customer conditions and advise on suitable treatments and solutions.
• Perform hands-on hair and scalp treatments with care and precision.
• Manage general tasks such as answering phone calls and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system as required.
• Conduct after-treatment follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Sales-driven with a passion for achieving targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
• Willing to commit to retail working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English to communicate with a diverse customer base and bilingual associates.

Working Hours & Pattern:

• Weekdays: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Weekends and Public Holidays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Work Week Pattern: 6/5/6/5, totaling 44 working hours per week
