Job Description

Prepare full set of accounts, including general ledger, journal entries, and financial statements.
Perform day-to-day processing and accounting of all accounts payable/Receviable transactions
Ensure that all invoices are accurately posted into the accounting system and are supported by the required documents and approvals
Disburse petty cash by recording entry
Ensure payments are processed and posted into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner
Prepare monthly AP/AR Reconciliation
Ensure timely and accurate AP/AR month-end closing
2 years’ experience in accounting
Knowledge of MYOB accounting system is an advantage
