Job Description

Provide technical service and customer support during field visits
Perform onsite installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing and verification tasks as provided in work order
Recommend customers with solution to resolve and enhance customers’ network and infrastructure
Work closely with Sales Team and Post Sales Team to ensure maximum success rate, reduce repeat visits
Drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention with superior customer experience
Build positive relationships with customers
