This advertisement is recruiting for the position of Support Administration.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE secondary school located in Tampines.
Contract Period: from 01 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
Option to Extend: for a further period of 12 months (01 January 2027 to 31 December 2027).
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours :
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:15am to 4:45pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.
- Fridays: 7:15am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
The services required are set out as the follows:
- Perform front desk duties including telephone enquiry, attending to students, parents and walk-in visitors.
- Distribute Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) letters, exam certificates to students and loan of school uniforms to students etc.
- Receive and record incoming/outgoing mail and re-direct mail/articles/direct faxes to staff.
- Assist Corporate Support Officers (CSOs) in general ad hoc administration such as student-related financial assistance matters / Sec 1 registration exercise, preparation of signages etc
- Assist in the updating and checking of student/staff attendance.
- Assist teachers in contacting parents, booking of transport for student trips, etc.
- Attend to sick students, contact parents, and issue early release forms for students going home early and ensure students are handed over safely to parents/guardians.
- Keep basic records of calls & enquiries, no. of students reporting sick etc.
- Keep records of print requests for GO monitoring & tracking.
- Dispense stationery/pantry items as required by staff and assist in the updating of office inventory and stocks.
- Any other Ad Hoc duties assigned by the Admin Executive/ Operation Manager/Admin Managers /Vice-Principals/Principal.
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Service-related experience
- Proficient in IT skills – e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, using email and Google suite
- Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Prior relevant working experience in a secondary school will be advantageous
