Event Manager:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead venue setup, logistics, and maintenance for compliance/safety.
• Coordinate athlete movements, competitions, ceremonies, and safety protocols (medical, crowd control, emergencies).
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for on-site execution.
• Oversee spectator services (merchandising booths, venue operations).
• Implement seating, signage, and crowd-flow strategies for optimal spectator experience.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in large-scale events + 1 year in supervisory roles.
• Proven ability to plan, deploy resources, and lead on-site operations.
• Flexibility for irregular hours (including weekends/holidays).
• Commit to minimum 4 hours per shift (shifts between 7 AM - 12 AM).
• Available for the full commitment period (July 7, 2025 - August 3, 2025).
• Willing to travel to different venuesof the event and training. (Our Tampines Hub/Nexus International School/Institute of Technical Education).
• Follow privided dress code.
