Sales Engineer (Solution, Warehouse Automation)

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Solution. This role is mainly responsible for designing layouts for potential customers, aligning with their business development objectives, and addressing related operational issues to facilitate the transformation of their warehouses into automated environments.

The candidate will work closely with the sales team to customize effective solutions that meet customer expectations and adhere to company standards. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise and conduct presentations throughout the sales process, ensuring that customer requirements align with our solution design standards of the company and showcasing the value of our solutions from various perspectives.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with solid experience in solution design, pre-sales engineering, or a similar role. Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations is an advantage. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role, along with problem-solving and analytical abilities. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required.
