Accounts Assistant/Executive (Shipping/AR/AP) - Up To $3,300 + AWS

• Position : Accounts Assistant/Executive (Shipping/AR/AP) - Up To $3,300 + AWS
• Location : Central - Tanjong Pagar (Near MRT)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am - 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,300 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 12 -16 Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Shipping/Vessel Management

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly AR/AP aging report and submit to management
• Data entry of customer payments, perform cheques and bank transfer transactions
• To keep full set of simple account for company registered in Panama account
• Process of payments on a timely basis and update weekly cash balance
• Maintain book keeping
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma in Accountancy
• Training will be provided
• Experienced with full sets will have advantage
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with China associates who can only speak mandarin.
