Account Executive (AP/ AR / East)

• Working day: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger updates
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all finance-related records
• Process staff claims, supplier invoices, and petty cash
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities
• Support preparation of financial reports, audit schedules, and tax filings
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on payment and invoicing matters
• Assist in inventory, fixed assets, and cash flow tracking if applicable
• Perform any other ad hoc finance duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Experience in handling multi-currency transactions and basic tax/GST knowledge is an advantage
