Account Executive, 1 YR Contract (Renewable, Extendable) | LOYANG | 5 DAY WEEK | UP TO $3.2k

Monday to Friday : 7.30am to 4.30pm

Work Location: Loyang (Company shuttle provided: Seng Kang, Tampines, Bedok, Woodlands, Yishun)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial and management reports; perform variance analysis to highlight trends and key issues.
• Ensure compliance with revenue accounting processes, including invoice tracking, AWB logs, and engine-related analysis.
• Monitor and follow up on unbilled invoices by coordinating with relevant teams.
• Manage and maintain fixed asset records.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analyses as needed to support business decisions.
• Support finance-related and process improvement projects as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information is provided for operational decisions.
• Contribute to internal control and audit functions, including SOX testing and control evaluations; assist with internal and external audits.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
• Take on additional accounting tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• CPA qualification or intention to pursue CPA
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS is a plus
• Experience with Hyperion and SAP is an advantage
