Although the franchise has been suffering due to online shopping, this is still one of the places many will go to for buying toys. Amazing variety and lots of toys to choose from. Keep it up toy r us!

Was at there today 31st Dec around 3.30-3.45pm. 2 of your malay employees were busy chatting away. Like literally CHATTING AWAY. Treating customers like transparent. They were both not serving anyone and didn’t even bother welcoming the customers to their counter for payment. Just literally chatting with each other. I stand in front of the counter for a while and finally she served me but still with NO eye contact and chatting away with her colleague. The only thing she said to me was if I want plastic bag for 10 cents and nothing else. Didn’t even say thank you too. I suggest you look into this matter as they are hired to work and not chit chatting especially when there’s customer. This is so BAD.

This Toys"R"Us, have been around for 25 years or more. Have fond memories buys Toys for my kids, when they were little. Cashier could be a bit faster. Just a comment, not a complain. I really like the environment indoors. Kids would just love this place.

We were at Toysrus yesterday, 9/3/25, Friday, to buy toys as birthday gift for our niece. Paid for but was disappointed that there is no more gift wrapping service. So we asked for wrapping paper to wrap it by ourselves. And we’re looking for some tapes, found none and requested staff to spare some. Again got a disappointing reply.. “we do not have any to spare”
As we were going straight to the birthday party after buying the toys . We did not have any chance of giving a wrapped gift.
Lesson learned - will not do any last minute shopping for gift at Toysrus.

I've had repeated issues at the Toys 'R' Us in Tampines Mall regarding incorrect price tags. This is the third time I've encountered price discrepancies, where the displayed price is lower than the charged price. Despite pointing this out, I was told I had to pay the full retail price. It's disappointing to see the price tags not updated, and the staff unwilling to honor the displayed price. I hope the store improves its practices and provides a better experience for customers moving forward. They do not want to sell me at 24.49 but insist to sell me at 31.49 but see the displayed repeated twice top and bottom.

Have been a visitor for this outlet for some time. I was overwhelmed the first time I was there as there were so many toys. Wanted to buy a toy for my nephew but did not know which as there were too many options! But the staff, Maria, saw me and approached me, asking if I needed help. She advised me on the toys to purchase, and even gave me a warm smile, told me to approach any staff if I needed any help! Went back there a few days ago to shop for more toys, but I heard Maria was gone. I miss Maria and her enthusiastic attitude to customers and her attention to little details like the type of games that children like to play. Once again, the most hospitable staff I've encountered in this outlet! Will be visiting more often if Maria is back!

Visited and got discount of 20% for the lego. Staffs were friendly and we did lucky draw at the outlet. And won a nice microscope prize! Thank you! I will revisit for the kids Christmas presents! 🎁 …

This is a pretty small toys r us. It’s sufficient if you are looking for regular toys. If you are looking for more hard to find toys, you may want to venture to other toys r us.
The queue for the cashier is long and slow as usual. I find that this is always the case, no matter which toys r us you go to.
Staff are polite but it seems like the shop usually reserves a skeletal staff policy.
I do find that a customer will need to get the stars card so that they will have more discounts as the stars card gives cash back to offset your purchases. Star card members are entitled to special member buys too.
Overall it’s a pleasant shopping experience at this toys r us.

Its our favorite toy shop at Singapore. It houses a huge collection of toys and accessories for new born to toddlers... Lot of lego, pretend play toys, barbie dolls, floats, chairs , peppa pig sets, scooters..... I let my little one pick her own gift from here- every birthday!! :D
