Food is good but experience has been soured by unfriendly staff. Visited around 11:30am on Saturday, and it happened to be our first time patronizing Stuff’d. The staff serving us assumed that we knew the process of ordering a daily bowl (which we were not familiar with) and displayed impatience when we requested for items in the ‘wrong order’. It is frustrating as the food tastes good but will unlikely return due to bad service.

Almost 90% of the time im unable to order pickup for chicken burrito on grab/ foodpanda even during off peak period (2pm-4pm weekdays). I can understand if during peak period, the staff will turn the option off but during non peak period they should open the option back on...

We Delivered through grab, food was good warm I ordered Nachos and salsa and burrito, chicken burrito was really good warm and veges were fresh. Nachos were nice but salsa tasted like ketchup not fresh didn’t like it.

Menu different from White Sands outlet. So much lesser items to chose from. No hard boiled eggs, no seaweed , didn’t know what to chose . Macaroni also less tasty than other outlet. Wouldn’t order from here again.

Looove the bowl over burrito. But burrito is sooo huge - can split into 2 meals. Love the chicken one.

I ordered beef daily bowl yesterday via grabfood at around 8:15pm at your tampines mall outlet. I have found a a string (not sure if it was from a Sounge) in my food. This is very unhygienic and had lost my appetite to eat. Please do something about it! Very upsetting to be paying for this poor food quality!

Ordered the chicken bowl at around 11:20 am today. After finished the food at home, was shocked to see a dead cockroach between the cover of the bowl and the sticker on top of the cover. It’s unacceptable hygiene even though the cockroach is not in the food but on the cover of the plastic bowl container !!!

Was chewing on my quesadilla and found the texture was weird and hard to bite through. I spat out that mouthful and found bits of plastic in my quesadilla. Might have already swallowed some before discovering in this bite. Be very careful and chew properly before you swallow. Very disappointed and will submit a formal report to the relevant authorities too.

I ordered a daily bowl via Grab. And the portion of veggies is so little. Almost less than half of what is given if I order from the stall itself. Why is delivery portion so little? Shouldnt there be a standard portion?
