PLEASE READ. SCAM. DO NOT GO. I bought a deep pore cleansing facial from Fave at $18. The session as mentioned in Fave includes extraction of clogged pores, white heads and blackheads.
First, when I reached for my appointment, I was put to wait for 15 minutes even when there are no customers. There is no staff by the counter even.
Secondly, as they began to explain the session, they told me that the extraction of clogged pores, white heads and black heads is for T ZONE AREA ONLY. In order to do the whole face, I have to top up $78. I am totally displease with this as they should have mentioned it in Fave clearer. When I told that to my beautician, Joy (from Compass One), she was so defensive and even “mocked” me saying that I should know $18 wouldn’t include everything. ??!!!??!?! So should I suggest that they might as well clean and extract and even do mask just for my t zone area??! Bad customer service.

When I arrived on 30-Jan-2022 Tampines outlet, the receptionist had informed me that my appointment was at 1pm. I told her that one of her colleagues had confirmed verbally over the phone after me booking online that the facial appointment is confirmed at 11am. I showed her the email with the booking information that the timing indicated 11am.
After this miscommunication, the receptionist asked me to sit in their consultation room and was told me to fill up a form. While I was filling up the form, the receptionist asked which facial I am here for. I showed the Fave voucher and she went out to check with a collegue and returned and then I was told that the 75 minutes facial includes 30 mins consultation. I was shocked and then re-looked at the terms and showed her that the terms did not mention any consultation. And if the consultation is required, it should be excluded from the 75 minutes. The receptionist still insisted that the 75 minutes facial includes 30 mins consultation. I asked to see the manager (Joyce Chang) to re-confirm and explain this terms within the voucher. Joyce Chang looked at the terms of the voucher from my phone and also still insisted that the 75 minutes facial includes 30 mins consultation.
Then I told Joyce Chang that if that is the case, the voucher is truly misleading and the voucher should state skin consultation (30mins) and facial (45mins) with a breakdown of those 5 steps if the skin consultation is truly included which is not the case. Joyce Chang still insisted that the 75 minutes facial includes 30 mins consultation.
I then told Joyce Chang that since this shop insists on not fulfilling their terms, I am not going to waste my time and money here and asked for her business card so that I can inform Fave regarding this issue to get the refund. She informed that previous customers were able to get the refund from Fave directly which makes me think that this situation has happened before.
This facial place is not professional at all and not willing to fulfill the terms in the Fave voucher. Do not go here.
