Venfina Yap is a very knowledgeable and patient sales executive with a passion and enthusiasm for serving customers. Even though we initially weren't interested in purchasing, she didn't use hard sales tactics or show any irritation. She even told us we could consider it further and come back to her if we decided to buy, and that she would be happy to assist us again. I would say kudos to her positive service attitude. It was a pleasant experience.

Tracy Chan was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She advised on the different types of earring studs for my daughter to choose from and even gave her a pink, fluffy bunny to hold while piercing her ears. There's even a certificate when it's all done! 😁 Thank you, Tracy, for your kind help! (Mummies, do look for Tracy when your little girl decides that she wants to have her ears pierced! 👍😉)
