Venfina Yap A very knowledgeable and patient sales executive who has the passion and enthusiasm to serve. Even though we initially did not show any interest in purchasing, she did not practice hard sales or **show** any irritable response to our query. She even told us that we could consider further and come back to her if we decided on the purchase, and she would serve us again. I would have to say kudos to her positive service attitude. Tracy Chan was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She advised on the different types of earring studs for my elder girl to choose from and even gave her a pink fluffy bunny to hold onto while piercing her ears. There was even a certificate when it was all done! Thank you, Tracy, for your kind help! (Mummies, do look for Tracy when your little girl decides that she wants to have her ears pierced.)
