Had a very pleasant experience today at SK outlet here at Tampines Mall. Miss Serene went above & beyond to help my mother with finding the right ring size while offering many other options. Satisfied with the reccomendation, I would like to commend Miss Serene's excellent customer service & dedication in helping my mother in finding the right size of ring. I hope miss Serene is recognise for her excellent customer service & friendly demeanour. I look forward to visiting SK Tampines Mall outlet again. Well done & keep up the good work.

Very blessed to pop into this shop. We was served by a pleasant staff. Her name is Serene. A very nice young lady that with good character and patience. Clear explanation and not pushy. We will come back again to this shop. We would like to also gave credit to Suki who was assisting Serene while she was away to bring our own gold for assessment to be trade in. Both Serene and Suki have 5 star service.

I had a great experience at the store today, thanks to Serene’s patience and helpfulness. I used Atome to pay, which required a face scan due to Singpass verification. I encountered an issue and had to wait at least 10 minutes to complete the scan. Throughout the entire process, Serene was extremely patient and supportive. I really appreciate her excellent customer service!”
