Mr Haroon did us his sauce to let us try. That was really extra mile & good service was with all the other staffs. Maintain the standard & keep up the good standards that Seoul garden is having right now.

I was impressed that they have an online booking that works. It would send you both SMS and emails for bookings. Then another SMS would be sent as reminder on day of reservation. They held an SG60 promotion for seniors at 6++ for Tues from May to June. This is easily the best deal in town. Final price after service and tax was 7.20 SGD. You would get a soup based pot and a hot plate to use. Multiple soup based were available to choose from. There were three non spicy and three spicy. You would have to decide at cashier and made payment before dining. They allowed payment via LifeSg which I saw later. I made payment via credit card.
The spread was good with multiple types of marinated meats like chicken, beef and small amount of lamb. There was also seafood like prawns, marinated tom yum prawn, lala, mussels, squids, dory fish etc. There was also vegetable, enoki and Maggi mee, etc White rice was available too. It was my first time there after like 20 years. Not too sure what to do. Many diners appeared to be regulars knowing what to take to add flavours to their soup. There was also french fries, a cooked dish with quail eggs and Korean rice cakes in Korean paste. Also got a cooked prawn and mussels dish. The cooked dishes were kept small as probably not many people would touch it.
A dining slot seemed to be two hours. It was just about right although I am a slow eater and have to cook and eat faster. The only hiccup I encountered was the coffee machine dispensing black coffee when I chose latte. I told a blue shirt part timer, he told me to wait and he went to inform a red shirt cashier (Not Evan). The red shirt looked busy and didn't follow up. After drinking the kopi O kosong which was supposed to be latte, I switched to Teh Terik. The teh terik was working although it was rather sweet. Before this a red shirt Evan came to ask if we wanted to switch off the grill and steamboat. My friend and I agreed that this was a sign to tell us to leave.
While drinking up my tea, red shirt Evan came to chat with us again, asking if we enjoyed the session and that the promotion was very good. I fedback to him about the coffee machine. He went to examine and I saw him adding creamer into the machine. My friend and I established that the chatting was a signal for us to leave. I quickly finished up my drink and was getting ready to leave but red shirt Evan suddenly reappeared to bring me a cup of latte. This was a nice gesture and he told me not to rush and to finish the coffee. It was a very nice gesture.
Overall it was a great experience and I would probably return to dine again soon
Edit: Visited again 10 Jun 25. No red shirt Evan around to chat with or to ask for review. But a blue shirt staff did go around to do survey about how we knew about the promotion. All went well except the coffee machine went out of creamer again. No one came to bother us to hint that it was time to leave.
Edit: 24 Jun 25. I am grateful to red shirt Sam for getting us a table during the off peak hours as I placed my name in waiting list. Today the staff were quite busy though and we had to change BBQ paper ourselves. I saw at least two more tables also DIY the BBQ paper.

Seoul Garden has always been our go-to for a satisfying Korean buffet spread & our first visit to the Tampines Mall outlet did not disappoint. Special thanks to Evan, who was an absolute delight while serving us — attentive, friendly & made us feel right at home. Kudos as well to Lisa, who was tremendously helpful throughout our meal. Great service really elevated our dining experience!

Seoul Garden Tampines offers a fantastic dining experience. I truly enjoyed the wide selection of meats available. The service was excellent — staff were attentive, frequently changing the BBQ grill sheets without being prompted and clearing used bowls promptly. A special mention to Crystal, whose service was outstanding. She recommended her specially made sauce, which enhanced the meal, and ensured we signed up for the free membership to enjoy more benefits. Overall, a great place to enjoy a meal with excellent service.

Had an amazing time here ! A staff by the name Crystal welcomed us warmly, made sure we are comfortable. she even offered us her mix of special sauce which is amazing! I loved it🥰 plus she even made us a wrap probably something that she had before, and gosh it tasted yummy ! I love her service which is extraordinary! 100% will come back again! Oh and she even took photos of us, left a sweet note ,printed and presented it to us. It’s really amazing, made our day ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing Service by Crystal at Seoul Garden - Tampines Mall
I had lunch with my family on a rainy day at Seoul Garden, Tampines Mall on 12 October 2024, around 1 PM. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Crystal, who gave us the best seating, especially since we had kids with us. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
What really stood out was Crystal's excellent customer service. She not only attended to us promptly but also went the extra mile by offering her special sauce, which turned out to be delicious! The staff overall were good, but Crystal truly made our meal memorable with her attentive and friendly service.
Highly recommend visiting when she's around—she'll make your dining experience extra special!

The dining experience was fantastic. Food were topped up promptly, as well as clearing of used utensils and replacing the grill paper. Mr Evan was also around to assist, making the experience even better. I highly recommend dining at this outlet.
