The lady at Tampines Mall B1 outlet very rude . When I ask Her something few times , she do not bother to answer me. Company must teach her customer service lesson. When she passed me my order. She was very loud. Extremely disappointed. Take my comment seriously

The staff accidentally dipped 4 fingers into the chocolate cake (after serving a guest, her hands were in contact with money) that we wanted to purchase. She then offered to sell it to us at a discounted price or fill up the hole with chocolate to cover up......... the hygiene standards here is terrible.
