Was appalled by the service here, stood outside waiting to go in and the staff didn’t even tell us what to do, just stood at the cashier and stared at us for quite some time? Not a single word uttered from the staff throughout the whole time, and the staff looked like she didn’t even know what to do as well. Also topped up $5 for the beef but didn’t even tell us how to order..? Food quality was also extremely mediocre, soup was so tasteless and the cooked food section was almost empty. Gave feedback to the manager as well and he just replied "understaffed" with a ‘so what’ attitude. I suggest the company can spend more on hiring and staff training instead of marketing, don’t recommend patronising unless you want to experience what zero service is like 😭🙏

First time here and I'm already impressed. The staff are super friendly and prompt. Free flow drinks. Small cosy restaurant. Nice for a quick bite and cook everything in one pot like army stew. Will come back again.

Love their price and the free flow drinks! The rest were mediocre. The pan has little volume which requires multiple soup top ups and it’s tough to get the waiter’s attention.

Had their K-griddle buffet lunch for $16.90++. It came with free-flow fried chicken, sides, drinks, ice cream and a Korean hotpot type platter. You can take free-flow ingredients from the buffet spread as well. The soup for me lacked any form of flavor. It was pretty bland and was only drinkable when I added a whole bowl of kimchi into it to turn it into a kimchi soup. The fried chicken was pretty dry and lukewarm as it is left out in the open. The only thing that I found decent here was the tteokbokki and fish cake. Tasted like the one from CU Mart which I don’t mind. Overall, pretty value for money for just $16 but the quality is lacking.

tbh it's for ramen lovers only, although it write can bbq and hotpot, but it's almost impossible to bbq on the plate, so I don't recommend ppl coming for meat. Soup base not that impressive but can make better with the paste , sauces they provide at the self-service counter. finger foods are not bad. Have free flow drinks. Best part should be that there's no time limit:)

Went on a really quiet weekday and was basically not acknowledged/ignored by the floor manager (only person at the counter, then tending to the adjacent place Sorae - mind you I didn't know they are managed together), until I walked in to try to look for staff. Upon which, Mr manager came over and rudely asked "MISS WHAT DO YOU WANT" " I want to eat...?" "then just wait only got 2 of us" 2...? Service was basically horrible from this gentlemen, they just bring out a plate of noodles/meat etc without asking (I didn't want the noodles...) and the meat tasted HORRIBLE (no seasoning, and basically stinky frozen meat taste). Self service all the way until another lady showed up and I realised she actually bothers to TORCH the meat for other customer (this gentlemen just plonked the whole platter down, no communication whatsoever). Honestly, if you're short on staff, just don't open the restaurant during weekday lunch since it seems like it's low profit period anyway. Also the floor manager looks like he's suffering, he needs a break

First time trying Pocha and it wasn’t bad. Was hoping there were more options for the free flow side dishes The flavours were not bad and I enjoyed the Japchae Hotteok! It is slightly salty so best is pair everything with rice. The food came quite slow also so it’s hmm… but service is good as the servers were nice and attentive
