"I had the same experience with Dawn. I arrived at 3 pm only to find the store closed for lunch, reopening at 4 pm. Do I have to wait an hour? Forget it...lunch time is typically 12 - 1 or 1 - 2. 3 pm is already considered retail hours. Even the staff at the Bedok Mall outlet were unfriendly. Something needs to be done about it."

I was at the store at 4 PM, and the staff said they were having a meal, which was unfriendly.
I saw two staff members inside. Couldn't they rotate to eat?

Good deal during the sales period. Bras can go as low as $3 to $5 per piece. Staff at this branch is much more polite compared to other branches.

"I went there today (Sunday) at 8:35 PM. The staff was rushing us to pick items and leave quickly so she could close the shop. According to the operating hours, they're open until 9 PM, and she had already finished sweeping. I'm not sure why it was like that. She rushed us and didn't seem to care about our needs in terms of recommending products. As a member and regular customer of the brand, I will not advise customers to visit this outlet."

I intended to go to the store to purchase something and arrived around 3:20 PM. I saw the "closed" and "be right back" sign, with the time pointing to 3:30 PM, so I walked around and came back 10 minutes later, but it was still closed. Even at 4:20 PM, it was still closed. I think you need to check on your staff taking long breaks. I saw a few people stopping outside the store who walked off after a while.

I have been to this store a few times now, and the sales associate has always been unfriendly and a little rude. The first thing she always does is check what we touch in an annoyed manner. When we look at sizes that don't seem to match ours, she says things like "This is not your size," in a tone that isn't very nice. But sometimes the customer isn't buying for themselves! When you bring a bra to the fitting room to try on, sometimes she'll stop you and say, "You wait, I know," and do her checks. Then she gives you an unpleasant facial expression, as if she doesn't want you to buy anything. Honestly, it's okay if she does her checks based on protocols, but she just needs to work on the way she talks to her customers.
The products are good, but the customer experience has not been well.

A wide range of good quality lingerie is available. Festive discounts are offered. There's a deal of 3 bras for $60 on some models. They also sell swimwear and bath towels! I will drop by again, as the staff here is very friendly and approachable. I definitely like the service.

The Tampines Mall staff was really friendly, professional, and convincing. We had a great, short interaction, which made me comfortable. The lady had short hair.

Managed to grab a few pieces before the staff closed for their afternoon break. I liked the PC design, which I got in JB and continued to get more of here in SIN.
