I have been going to this store for a few times now and the sales aunty have always been unfriendly and alittle rude. The first thing she always do is to check on what we touch in a annoyed manner. When we look at sizes that looks un-matching to ours, she would say things like this is not your size in the tone that is not very nice. But sometimes the customer is not buying for themselves? When you bring the bra to fitting room to try, sometimes she will stop you and say “You wait, i know” and do her checks. Then gives you an unpleasant facial expression as if she doesn’t want you to buy anything.. Honestly, it is okay if she do her checks based on protocols but she just need to work on the way she talks to her customer.
Products are good but customer experience has not been well.

A wide range of good quality lingerie.Festive discounts available. 3 bras for $60 for some of the models. Selling swimwear and bath towels too! Will drop by again as the staff here is very friendly and approachable. Like the service definitely.

Had the intention of going to the store to purchase something and reached around 3.20pm. Already saw the closed and "be right back" sign with the time pointing to 3.30pm so I walked around first and came back 10 minutes later, still closed. Even at 4.20pm it's still closed. I think you need to check your staff going on long breaks. I saw a few people stopping outside the store but walked off after awhile.

came down to the store twice on different days well within the opening hours stated on the webpage but both times the store was always closed with a sign that says “out for lunch” when it wasn’t even lunch hour…… waited outside for quite some time before leaving but to no avail

Same experience with Dawn. Arrived at 3 pm only to see store closed for lunch and will only be back at 4pm. Do I have to wait for an hour? Forget it...lunch time is 12 - 1 or 1 - 2. 3 pm is retail hours already. Even the Bedok Mall outlet staff was unfriendly. Do something about it
