My mum and I redeemed the personalised premium perfume roller at Mt Sapola @ Tampines Mall as a Mother’s Day gift, with the scent “Root” that we picked. We were served by Ms Carmen, who is a joy to chat with and very knowledgeable in her field of essential oil uses!

Val is so helpful and nice, and the oils smell natural and pure. First time buying, and it was a pleasant experience.

The stall is always closed in the middle of the day. I understand if the staff needs to use the washroom, but they should at least put a sign to let customers know when to return instead of idly waiting. It randomly closes for 15 minutes or more, and it’s a real hassle, especially when I just want to pick up a parcel and go.

My first experience at Mt Sapola. Really enjoyed the aroma in the store. I am using another brand of essential oil now, and Carmen recommended I use the latest portable nebulizer. The store is neat and the display looks attractive, making me want to come in.

Our first time heading to this shop to smell their aromatic products. All their products are 100% pure essential oils. I was served by a very friendly Ms. Carmen, who introduced their hot-selling aromatic products, which are used in hotels at RWS. Highly recommended for those looking to buy home spa products.
