I bought gifts for Motherā€™s Day. They were having a promotion with a free, customized essential oil roller with a minimum purchase of $49.90. It has a nice, soothing smell and looks to be good quality. The service staff was friendly.

My mum and I redeemed the personalized premium perfume roller at Mt Sapola @ Tampines Mall for a Motherā€™s Day gift, with the "Root" scent we picked. We were served by Ms. Carmen, who was a joy to chat with and very knowledgeable about the uses of essential oils!

Val is so helpful and nice, and the oils smell natural and pure. It was a pleasant experience for my first time buying.

The stall is often closed in the middle of the day. I understand if the staff needs to use the restroom, but they should at least put up a sign to inform customers when to return, instead of making them wait. It randomly closes for 15 minutes or more, which is a real hassle, especially when I just want to pick up a parcel and leave.

My first experience in Mt. Sapola was great. I really enjoyed the aroma in the store. I'm currently using another brand of essential oil, and Carmen recommended the latest portable nebulizer. The store is neat, and the attractive displays make me want to return.
