My favorite cafe in Singapore! It was my first time at their Tampines outlet, and I'm glad that their food standard still remains high :) I enjoyed the mushroom spinach spaghetti; it was creamy but not *jelak* (rich/cloying), and came with a lot of mushrooms! đŸ„â€đŸŸ« The seafood croquette benedict was also pretty good, but I still prefer the crab cake one from the other outlets. The cereal milk ice cream and waffles is a must-order! It’s huge and so worth the price, and the waffles are perfectly mochi-like on the inside and crisp on the surface. The ice cream wasn’t too sweet, and there were bits of cornflakes and pretzels given on the side, which gave a perfect salty flavor to balance out the sweetness 👍😍 Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. Each dish was not only unique in flavor but also beautifully presented, showing great attention to detail. The combination of taste and plating made the dining experience feel special. What made it even more memorable was the thoughtful birthday gesture—I received a 10% discount and a complimentary slice of cake. It was a lovely surprise that added a personal touch to the evening. I truly appreciated the warm service and will definitely be back again!

Came here for dinner with a few friends. I loved the seating and the easy access to utensils and napkins. Water was provided. We ordered tater tots, Brussels sprouts, honey crispy wings, spicy crab rigatoni, pistachio ice cream with waffle, and lemon meringue tart, all to share. I especially loved the Brussels sprouts and honey crispy wings! The pistachio ice cream was a little disappointing; there wasn't much pistachio flavor, and I couldn't really tell what flavor it was. The saving grace was the waffle; I really liked the texture. We also ordered some drinks, like the hot white, hot matcha, and lemongrass with jasmine tea. All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed the food!

The crab meat pasta and honey chicken wings were nice (8/10). However, the pistachio soft serve waffle was bad. Personally, I didn’t like the soft serve; it tasted nothing like pistachio and had a rather weird taste. Overall, the service and atmosphere were pretty good. The price point was typical for cafes. My only dislike was the pistachio soft serve.

We had a great dining experience at Lola Cafe! We started with the Brussels sprouts, and I have to say, even as someone who doesn’t usually eat vegetables, I loved them. The balance of sweet and savory flavors was just right, making this side dish absolutely on point! My husband tried the lamb shakshuka, and it was both hearty and appetizing. The rich tomato base had just the right level of sourness, making every bite more addictive. It was a comforting yet flavorful dish that left him wanting more. I had the eggs Benedict with a seafood croquette, and it was a truly satisfying meal. The crispy croquette paired beautifully with the creamy eggs, while the cabbage slaw added a refreshing crunch to balance the flavors. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and would definitely visit Lola Cafe again!

Great all-day breakfast spot with a cozy atmosphere! The food is well-prepared, though I personally found some dishes a little less salty than I prefer. The bangers and mash were delicious, and the poached eggs were done to perfection. The scrambled eggs could have been a bit creamier, but were still enjoyable. As for drinks, the cold brew leaned a bit too sour for my taste. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with good food and a welcoming environment!

Nice place for date night if you're too lazy to leave the heartlands! The seafood stew was nice and hearty, and we found ourselves craving more. Our two other dishes – the tomato crab rigatoni and honey paprika wings – were pretty good as well. It can get a bit crowded, so come early or make a reservation!

We have been frequenting Lola’s for breakfast since last year, and I can confidently say it’s one of our go-to spots. The service is consistently great – the staff is always friendly and attentive. As for the food, it has been nothing short of amazing every time. The coffee is a standout for me. It’s rich, robust, and always hits the spot. The space is fantastic too, with two floors that provide a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere. I can’t recommend it enough!

"Ain't gonna lie, I've been to Lola's Tamp like 3 times in the past month. At this rate, I'm going to try the entire Lola's Tamp menu. The first time I went, I got the rigatoni and the mushroom and spinach cream spaghettini. The rigatoni was yummy, they're so generous with the crab, and like I said before, I like tomato-based stuff, lol. Okay, unfortunately, I didn’t really love the spaghettini, lol. It tasted a bit like something else that I can't remember right now (if I remember, I will edit my review again). Oh, and the matcha was also not bad, heh. The second time I went, I got the rigatoni, mushroom ricotta ravioli, grilled chicken and mushroom orzo, honey paprika crispy rings, truffle fries, and strawberry pistachio tart. The rigatoni was the same as above, lol. I liked the wings too, because I love the honey vibes with the super crisp chicken. The ravioli, orzo, and fries were okay too; nothing super special! I tried the tiramisu also (because I got a free cake for my birthday!), but I didn’t take a pic, lol, but it was pretty yummy too, though not super exceptional. OKAY, BUTTT. The star of the show has to be the strawberry pistachio tart; oh my god, yummylicious, af! It was so perfect. I still dream of this. The third time I went, I got the rigatoni (again), fish tacos, and Brussel sprouts. The fish tacos really won, lol. I loved them a lot, but probably because I love Mexican food. But the fish was legit crisp, and the sauce was yummy, and the guac was really good too. I didn’t love the Brussels sprouts (but probably because I just don’t like them; it’s my fault), but my friend really loved them (she loves Brussels sprouts). The place is very nice too; I love the infrastructure of Tamp Lola's. I will be back (I came back 3 times in April). My top 3 favorite recommendations will be rigatoni (obviously, lol, I ordered it 3x), fish tacos, and the STRAWBERRY PISTACHIO TART."

My First Time at Lola’s: I was super excited to try Lola’s for the first time, and while the food totally lived up to the hype, the overall experience wasn’t quite perfect. The food at Lola’s was fantastic! Every dish was packed with flavor, and you could tell they’re using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Honestly, the food alone makes me want to come back. The service, though, was a bit of a letdown. We were seated at the counter, which wasn’t exactly cozy for a busy Saturday lunch. It felt rushed when they asked us to wrap up because of a time limit—even though we still had food on our plates. That kind of took the fun out of the meal. A little more warmth and patience would’ve gone a long way. The vibe at Lola’s was nice and chill, but the counter spot felt a bit cramped. Price-wise, it’s on the higher side. The food’s worth it, don’t get me wrong, but the service hiccups made it feel like we didn’t quite get our money’s worth. Lola’s has killer food that’s absolutely worth trying, but they need to step up their service game to match. I’d love to give it another shot, maybe on a quieter day when they’re not so rushed, or perhaps at another branch. I'm not sure if I could live through another 90-minute dining experience, "especially" at Lola’s... Rating: 3.0/5 Food’s a lit, but service and value could use some love.
