Here are a few options, keeping the changes minimal: **Option 1 (Minimalist):** "No. 6. The hot plate bean paste with rice. The Yong Tau Fu ingredients were very salty. Had to remove ingredients to rinse them in the soup. Not recommended as it's not worth it and not healthy to eat." **Option 2 (Slightly smoother flow):** "No. 6: The hot plate bean paste with rice. The Yong Tau Fu ingredients were very salty. I had to remove the ingredients to rinse them in the soup. Not recommended, as it's not worth it and not healthy to eat."

The Kow Kee here is really below average. The soup isn't as tasty compared to other outlets. Don't buy.

Laksa flavor continues to deteriorate. It used to be something I kept coming back for, but now it is just bland, with only lots of chili thrown in.

Will never come back here. The cashier service is so rude. All the staff talk amongst themselves. Regret spending $ here. Please go elsewhere and be happy.

I’m so **surprised** with the food, which **was** below average. The appearance of the serving **was off-putting**; it looked like **dumped** food **was being served**. The laksa **tasted** not bad, but I believe it **would** be better if the gravy **were** piping hot.

The service attitude was terrible. I ordered a laksa meehun mee and asked for more soup because it quickly absorbed the soup and dried up. An aunty took it back without adding any soup, and even mocked me: “Of course it will dry! It’s silly to say that I eat so slowly. So, I must eat very quickly? Can't I take my time and enjoy my lunch?”

Terrible attitude. The menu at the store obviously shows No. 18: Vegetables at $0.80, but the staff refused to sell them, saying they only sell veg + sauce at $1.80. Is Koo Kee saying that bit of sauce costs $1.80? The staff always gave me a "can't be bothered" attitude.

Simple YTF. Better if noodles can be cooked less soggy.

I would like to know if the customer is allowed to ask for a soup refund again. If so, I just want to give feedback about the staff, who seemed unhappy when the soups were refunded.

I feel like the Kangkong is too little, compared to other branches 🥲
