My macaroni only comes with chesse without any chicken bits. Service crew attitude aso super rude, just throw item back at me.

The Manager named Clarence was very accommodating. She help ke through my order even I have many request. Kudos to KFC for hiring such an employee like her 👍

Good service. 😍😍😍 the waffles 🧇, original fried chicken 🍗, cheese fries 🧀🍟and mashed potato 🥔are yummy. 😋😋😋 nice dip and share bucket coz gt 4 different sauces. 😋😋😋 yummy porridge. 😋😋😋

I came this morning and it wasnt crowded. I ordered hearty brioche platter meal. But my order took more than 25 mins wait as it turned out that they forgot to prepare my order. Terrible experience. Isnt kfc supposed to be a fast food chain? It is not serving its food fast enough.

You would think that buying after 8pm, after busy hours, their staff would not make big mistake like forgetting the main item in my takeaway order but they sure did. Paid $8 extra for ala carte double down burger for it to be missing. I made sure to confirm with the staff that my order is all accounted for, which they've confirmed. I am unable to get a refund since this is a self collect... Piece of advice to everyone, physically check your order yourself.

Ordered 2 rice bucket. waited at the cashier for 15mins because the order wasn't at the kiosk. And the staff there just ignored me. then i waited for my food, end up this auntie came 10mins after me, got her food. while i don't. i waited a total of 30mins for my 2 rice buckets??? and when i asked for my order, the staff was unhappy and did not even apologise for making me wait so long. Really damn poor service! Never coming here again!
