Spend about 5k at IVI but I don't see improvement. Some more their China staff can anyhow come in the room when it is occupied. I come for facial wish to get relax but I feel like no privacy. Once the package going to end, then a fat sales will keep pushing and hardshelling. If can I would like to review for this spa 0. Very hardseling never provide any good plan for regular customer.

I had a wonderful experience with IVI Therapeutics. I would like to give a compliment to the beauty therapist, Michelle. During the treatment process, she was very gentle to my body and she will ensure that I'm feeling comfortable without pain. She managed to reduce down my fats from my upper arm. One good thing I like about her is, she has great communication skills. The next person I wanted to give a compliment is Jovorn. She has provided an outstanding service to me and my husband. We are very satisfied with the treatment. I noticed that Jorvorn takes good care of her customers. When customers are dissatisfied with the treatment, she will arrange a service recovery treatment for her customers and she will monitor the treatment process to ensure that the customers are satisfied with the overall experience. Great job!

Came in to try the $48 BB Glow, but was upsold into a $1K+ HIFU treatment instead. I did go ahead with it, but during my second visit, the therapist didn’t seem to know why I chose HIFU — even though I had made it clear I wanted BB Glow from the start.
While I’m happy with the BB Glow results, the constant hard-selling was very uncomfortable. After the session, I was pushed to sign a $4K package, even though I repeatedly said no and that I was in a rush. The staff kept insisting for “just a few more minutes” and even made a personal comment at the counter.
If you’re not ready for pushy sales talk, think twice before stepping in. I hope they focus more on honest service and less on high-pressure tactics.

I had a great experience with Jovorm and Fiona.They were knowledgeable, assessed my skin thoroughly, and gave honest advice without pushing packages. They even advised against mole removal due to risks, which I appreciated. I proceeded with skin tag and mole removal for safe areas and felt well taken care of. Excited to see the results and highly recommend their expertise!
