would give a zero star if there is! terrible service. today i went to look for the no sebum powder. i asked if this product is for oily skin. and the staff tina laughed at me sarcastically. afterwards i tried the powder and i asked a few questions but she continued to laugh at me in a very sarcastic way. i told her i want this product and she did not even say a thank you and just rushed to the counter. meanwhile i was asking her if theres any other product for oily skin like powder and foundation. she did not understand and i went to further explain my question. she then replied 'oh that's called foundation' (in chinese) and laughed at me again. I do not think i said anything wrong? What's there to laugh about. however i endured her laughter and i asked her if i can try to see if the foundation can cover a small light scar i have. she dramatically said 'huh???it wont cover it!" and it felt like she was mocking me. I was appalled by her reaction and explained that some foundations are capable of covering scars. she laughed again. from the start, she responded my questions with laughters and looked at me in a way that made me feel like she was mocking me and belittling me. This was my first time seeing such a poor service in the cosmetics industry! terrible attitude. innisfree's products are very famous globally and I really like them but having such a customer service will definitely leave customers disappointed. what's the point of having good products? I hope innisfree in sg improves their staff's customer service, especially this staff Tina at tampines mall

I was there on 22nd May noon.. the shop in Tampines Mall innisfree was empty n two staff were talking.. I browse n was looking for blusher. Can’t find it so I walk over to the staff n ask. She told me out of stock n she went back n continue her conversation with her colleague. I was in a mood for shopping. but I left the shop n walk to Laneige instead.

Not a fan of innisfree. The prices there are higher but not just for tampines. Check it their products online for a ebtter deal. Well no rental so its cheaper

Just want to return my bottles cos need to rush off to somewhere else. Perhaps i looked impatient as the counter staff talked with the customer very long without telling me:sorry pls wait awhile. Anyway when it was finally my turn, the staff rolled her eyes on me. Visit the branch and get entertain only when u r are buying something i guess!

Not really helpful was finding a natural lipstick and I ask the staff which one and she just pick one and walk back , I just want one affordable lipstick which need it urgently that’s why I brought it , if not I will just go other store and brought it

The staff here is very rude. I came to exchange the foundation that i bought for my mother two days ago because the coverage is not enough. From the start, the staff was very unwilling to let me exchange the foundation. Then when I chose the one that I wanted to change to, she opened up the foundation that I have never opened before and accused me of opening it before and refused to change it for me. Then she rudely told me that she cannot change it for me and said that if I want to complain then go to facebook and make a complain. I am very upset with her attitude.

Innisfree Tampines Mall is much smaller than other outlets and it is not spacious especially when there is a long queue waiting for payment. Nonetheless, they have all the product ranges there as well.
