Please do not support this store! Bought a printed design and wore it back home from Tampines Mall and the prints already start coming off! Brought back to the store the following day to ask for an exchange but they are not willing to refund when I wanted to exchange for another of a lower price! The staff told me that it’s their store policy? It’s your store policy to sell such cheap quality shoes at a premium price and unwilling to do a refund for the price difference? Guys you’re better off getting slippers from cotton on nearby at less than half of Havaianas price!

I personally like Havaianas shoes very much. I think you get what you pay for, and every quality is very good. I personally feel that I am willing to buy Havaianas products at the original price without waiting for any discounts.

Popped by the store on a Saturday night to get a pair of new Havaianas. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. She helped me find the right size and even allowed me to change my mind when I was about to pay without feeling like I inconvenienced her. She was not pushy at all the entire time. A really simple but good shopping experience. It’s the small things that make a difference sometimes.
