🍣 Excellent Conveyor Belt Sushi Experience! 🍣
I had an absolutely delightful dining experience at Genki Sushi Tampines Mall. The variety on the menu was impressive, from classic nigiri to seasonal specialty rolls. Special shout out to Ivy for her friendly and attentive service.
Highly recommended for families looking for no frill conveyer belt Japanese cuisine. My family will definitely be coming back again!

the staff, Yuke Lin, from tampines is a very polient and patient staff, auto help and service me, unlike other staff. overall was a good experience after she came.

Took queue number for 6 pax
- After waiting for approx 45min, we saw that 4pax group was admitted for 6pax table. Staff (lady in blue) says they can manually allow people that took queue for the less pax tables
- Food was rushed, with the lobster tasting like it was just washed with water or defrosted directly in water (quite sure this is the case - cold and taste like just washed)
- After about an hour of wait, 4 orders were missed - Despite reminding the staff who reminded the kitchen so we cancelled and left
- Staff was rude throughout from before we entered until we were paying (we had to cancel the missed items)
Saving the best for the last - instead of the missed items, we were served a live cockroach, arguably the freshest item we got for the night.

The sushi was nothing short of . The salmon roll having the perfect balance of flavors. the presentation of each dish was stunning. Will definitely visit Genki sushi again .

We are long time frequenters of Genki, but recently service and food has been much better so its nice and rare to see this franchise take a step back to review and improve on their overall quality. 👍🏻 Shout out to Aunty Yuke Lin and Shirley for their excellent service!

Today, we had the opportunity to be served by Yuke Lim for dinner, a very enthusiastic and pleasant lady that greeted us and was proactive in serving us with out needs.

My friend and I had a lovely dinner in Genki Tampines. Food was of good quality as usual and service was as excellent. We were served by a very nice lady - Yuke Lim who constantly refill our drinks & checked on our orders for us (as we waited quite long for one of the sushi)
