Helpful and friendly staffs during my visit there. They are the ones who make me decided to made my purchase so as to support their hardwork. They are so busy running around serving multiple customers at the shop. Company need to look at allocating additional staffs to cater to the crowd, esp now during weekend and christmas is next week!

I had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members during my recent visit. (19th Sept) From the moment we arrived, he made us feel unwelcome. Hospitality was clearly lacking, as our questions were met with impatience and a complete lack of professionalism. The poor attitude of the staff completely ruined the image of the brand. I hope management addresses this issue, as it reflects poorly on what could otherwise be a great establishment.

I have a Casio watch that I bought online from Casio sg. It was too big and I needed to get a few links removed. Went down to this outlet and asked them if they could do it for me. Lady said that they did not have the tools and told me to go to a Casio service centre. Literally two shops down in Tampines Mall there is Vincent Watch shop. I paid $5 and they removed the links for me in less than 5 mins. Found it very silly that Casio is not equipped to re-fit Casio watches. Also strange that other reviews below say that they’ve gotten their watches resized but I was turned away.
