As someone else mentioned, I don’t think the weight loss products actually work. The salesperson felt very pushy and only talked about promotions and how I was missing out on good deals, instead of really understanding my concerns. Even after telling her that I wanted the most efficient method possible for weight loss, she somehow answered the question and then circled back to the promotion, which felt very annoying after a while. She kept trying to upsell me and suggested I increase the number of items I bought. Despite everything, I bought the calorie cut and fat burner. I still feel bloated after taking them. Compared to the previous supplements I was taking from another brand, which made me feel a lot lighter after a meal, I think I’m going to switch back to that. Another thing that is so weird is that on the original Fancl Japan website, they are selling a packet of 30-60 capsules (Calolimit – dark green and light green packets) which are not available in Singapore. That’s strange, considering the entire packet can help with overall weight loss, but in Singapore they are selling three different items which are overpriced. I purchased them previously and kept forgetting to take them. The visceral burner is okay, but the rest of the items are not really effective, in my opinion.

The weight loss products have had no effect at all. Following the salesperson's recommendation, I bought all four products at once and used them together. They claimed this would improve the effect, and I could lose at least 5kg in three months. Now two months have passed, and I haven't lost even 500g. The sales staff lied and deceived consumers. I bought the products during the mid-year sale season. I repeatedly asked if there was a sale, but the salesperson said they never had discounts. However, the sale started early the next morning. When I asked her about it, she said she didn’t know. How could the company not notify her in advance? When I pressed her further, she said the company wouldn’t let her tell me. In short, she was lying. There was also a problem with their system when I tried to buy the products, and I couldn’t place the order. The next day, I still couldn’t place the order. I didn't register my account properly, and I'm not sure if it's fixed now because I won't be buying again.
