As some other person mentioned here, I don’t think the weight loss products actually work. Felt the sales person was very pushy and only kept talking about the promotions and how I’m missing out on all the good deals instead of really understanding my concerns . Even then despite telling her that I want the most efficient method possible for weight loss she somehow answered that question then circled back to the promotion which felt very annoying after awhile . Kept trying to upsell me the items and that I should increase the amount of items I bought. Despite everything I bought the calorie cut and fat burner. I still feel bloated after taking it. Compared to the previous supplements I was taking from another brand which made me feel a lot lighter after a meal. I think I’m going to switch back to that. Another thing which is so weird is on the original Fancl Japan website , they are selling a packet of 30-60 capsules (calolimit— dark green and light green packets) which are not available in Singapore. That’s strange considering the entire packet can help with overall weight loss but in Singapore they’re selling 3 different items which are overpriced . I purchased previously and kept forgetting to take them. The visceral burner is ok but the rest of the items are not really effective IMO.

The weight loss products have no effect at all. According to the recommendation of their salesperson, I bought all four products at one time and ate them at the same time. They said that this way the effect is better. I can lose at least 5KG in three months. Now two months have passed and I have not lost 500g. ...and the sales staff lied and deceived consumers. It was the mid-year sale season when I bought it. I repeatedly checked to see if there was a sale, but the salesperson said they never had discounts. As a result, the sale started early the next morning. When I asked her, she said she didn’t know. How could it be that the company didn’t notify her in advance? When I asked again, she said the company wouldn’t let me tell her. In short, she was telling lies... There was a problem with their system when I bought it and I couldn’t place the order. The next day, I couldn’t place the order. I didn’t register my account properly, and I’m not sure if it’s fine now because I won’t buy again.
