This is indeed a shop with a friendly staff. The manager and shop service staff are approachable and friendly, with readily available product knowledge to share with customers. Well recommended! 👍👍😅

I was attended to by customer service representative Liau Wei Siong. He was approachable and welcoming. I am happy with his excellent service and product knowledge. He even helped us with the registration of a new member. He must be commended.

I like to shop at this outlet. The staff are friendly and promptly answer any questions you ask. When you purchase a hamper, you receive a free box of chicken essence (original). If you spend over a certain amount, you get a free box of "Snow fungus bird nest."

Encountered a very rude salesperson yesterday morning. We were just asking if there were any promotions, perhaps for early Christmas. I know it's too early for Christmas, but this is just a usual customer question, right? No big deal, just chit-chatting. But she was shocked and asked us: "Wow, is Christmas in November here?" because it's in December back at her place. We were really shocked and didn't want to answer her, but she still insisted on us answering her question. Very disappointed with this store.

One of the sales ladies seriously has an attitude problem. She's the one who is plump-looking with a bob haircut. So unfriendly and unapproachable. Seeing her, I don't even feel like patronizing the store.

My wife buys a lot of her traditional Chinese medicine herbs from here (we are Indian, but TCM has its own benefits that we value and appreciate). It's a well-stocked store with courteous and helpful staff, which is a big deal in Singapore.

Tampines Mall has safety concerns for the people. The electrical wires connected to the small stalls are not safely installed. One old woman kicked the wire, fell, and bled profusely. 😢😭☠
