Very, very bad service at the Tampines outlet. Staff from another brand tried to help contact the Tampines outlet, but they didn't pick up the phone. The salesman even said it was as if they were "never on the phone"? I also tried to call, but no one picked up. Is their phone line off? This service is very poor!
