We registered our daughter for back-to-back Chinese tuition. When we first registered for the class, the staff was really nice and told us that there would be staff assisting students between classes. They said the staff would help her from one class to another. However, the first time my daughter went to the center, there was only one young staff member at the front counter. I told her that my daughter was new and needed help finding her next class after the first one ended. However, after the first class, neither the teacher nor the staff reminded my daughter about the next class. She ended up waiting for an hour outside the center. We gave the feedback to management, and it was handled well. Hence, we'll give the center another chance.
