We registered for back-to-back Chinese tuition classes for my girl. When we first registered for the class, the staff were really nice and told us that there would be staff assisting students taking the course, and that they would assist her from one class to another. However, on the first day my daughter went to the centre, there was only one young staff member at the front counter. I told her that my daughter was new and we needed her help to tell my daughter where to go after the first class ended. However, after the first class, neither the teacher nor the staff reminded my girl about the next class. She ended up waiting for an hour outside the centre. We gave the feedback to the management, and it was handled well. Hence, we'll take a chance and continue with the centre.
