The staff are extremely friendly, and the food is very enjoyable.
The music they play, if any, is very nice to listen to while eating. The environment is extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing, making me feel at home.
The staff have a good sense of urgency, and my food always comes out hot.
I will eat here more often; I love BK!

"Um, although I have no words for the cleanliness, the BK looks so vintage, and I like vintage. The service here, however, is very nice. The manager always assists the workers if they are confused, from what I assume and see, and they will always accommodate customers; the service is very nice. The food is nice, and I get to watch people when I sit on the 2nd floor, where I can enjoy the cushion."

Nice place to have breakfast, although I must comment that a lot of tables are dirty and have food stains on them. It's located outside, between Tampines Mall and Century Square.
The environment and decor are nice, with a modern feel. The food is the usual BK fare, and as a fan of BK, it's not bad in terms of quality and speed of service. The breakfast menu, with potato tots and sour cream, and croissant ham and egg, is delicious! Improve on the cleanliness, and it will be great.

Located on level 1 of Tampines Mall. It's usually not crowded, and there are plenty of seats available. The restaurant has two levels of seating.
Food is prompt and generally tasty. Service is average.
There are no handwashing or toilet facilities in the restaurant.
Restaurant cleanliness could be improved.

I loved the staff, that’s one thing. The food was also fresh and immediate; the moment I ordered was the time the food was placed on the tray. The burgers are always so stuffed with food, it makes me very satisfied.
The tables are always cleaned immediately after people finish eating, and the other customers and staff are very considerate. The frames and lighting make me feel like I’m in a very vintage restaurant.
Overall, I’d like to eat here again. Compared to other Burger Kings I've been to, this is probably one of the best I've been to.

"Asked for takeaway orders to start with 6xxx, rather than dine-in 3xxx. They called out my order, and it was for dine-in. The crew was dreaming. Worse, when packing, fingers touched my fries—world-class hygiene! Also, half the packet of fries was already on the tray, leaving me with half a packet. Unbelievable service standards."

Order at the self-service kiosk if you want to use a coupon. I witnessed how the staff handled the peak hour rush. During dinner time, orders spiked, but the staff did their best to fulfill orders and serve customers. Kudos to the team! They managed to clear orders promptly. The food was great. Highly recommended!

"Look at the portions of what I got. This is the second time I’ve come here, and the food isn’t worth it. It's a fast food restaurant that isn't cheap and isn't that tasty. How is this worth $14.10?
I can literally get a double cheeseburger meal upsized for $7.20. The taro pie didn’t even have a lot of taro, and my drink was only filled 3/4. This meal was $6.95, and it was tiny. Not coming back to any BK stores."

This outlet lacks consistency. My items are either extremely dry or very well done. New employees should be trained more in this regard, as I shouldn't have to let the quality of my meal be a gamble. I expect a certain standard.
