The parking system always has problems; it can't scan or is faulty, as if no maintenance is done at all.

Parking the car is sometimes a bit problematic. People tend to hog the parking spaces near the entrance; that is my experience.

Easy to take a car from this location, but parking is difficult.

Due to COVID, there is only one entrance for shopping. Park near the entrance if you're planning on doing a lot of shopping.
