Excellent service from Kelvin Yap and Jane Ng from Tampines Mall branch - especially Kelvin - clear explanation on every steps of the products - very good knowledge and managed to clear my doubts, on the other hand - Jane very good in supporting and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Kelvin was helpful and kind. There is also a promotion going on 1 for 1, which is a really good deal. Recommend this place for people who are looking to get new glasses, they carry a range of brands. Do have a look at their housebrand Okkio too!

I read the good reviews on Google, so decided to try them out for my new pair of spectacles. Optometrist Mr Oh was very helpful and patient while I selected and narrowed down my spectacle choices. They have a great range of frames, including branded/luxury brands like Emporio Armani, Burberry, etc, and more budget friendly brands like Braun Buffel. They even had a Buy One Get One Free offer, where they gave a pair of their own Okkio brand glasses/spectacles for free, albeit with the cheapest lenses (have to pay $100 extra for the next thinner lens). Very happy with my purchase and excellent service provided! Hopefully these spectacles last me a while.

Kelvin and Jane were very helpful in selecting my glasses as well as reccomening the appropriate prescription. Very happy with their friendly service!

The staff are very friendly and professional, when I ask to pay for changing the nose pads on my spectacles, they declined and do it for me for free. Will certainly come over to their shop if I need to make a new specs in the future! Thanks for the excellent service, appreciate it. 👍🏻👍🏻😊 …
