Bought a pair of customized insole for my flat-footed leg. They provide very professional service The uncle was very friendly and patience in explaining the different type of foot conditions. Well highly recommend

I purchased an insole beginning of last yr. Used it for 6 months. I got very little better benefit from the insole I got here. My feet is flat and had heel pain. Using this shorter time helped but causes pain in the arch. I later got a professional podiatrist insole. Price is similar which was surprising. My feet doesn’t pain as much only after getting customised insole from podiatrist. I suggest if you got serious pain go to a professional place than this one as it may not be for all.

Worst decision to have bought a 24 months package for my son. Conditions not clearly specified upfront. Only get to know that they will do adjustments to the only pair of soles given since first visit. Last visit was asked to sign up for another package as the existing sole no longer for my son's feet. Not much improvement to his feet as the staff said that users should wear it everyday for 10hrs even at home.
