For three decades, Tampines Mall has stood as a cornerstone of the community in the East. Since its opening, the mall has consistently evolved, refreshing its tenant mix to balance beloved heritage brands with innovative new concepts. Today, the mall continues to thrive, particularly within its vibrant food and beverage scene, thanks to a strategic location and the unwavering support of generations of shoppers.

Honoring Our Shared History

As we move into a new era, we want to express our deepest gratitude to the partners who have grown alongside us. Brands like Isetan, McDonald's, Decathlon, and Long John Silver's have played a significant role in the mall’s history and the lives of our visitors. We recognize the nostalgia and fond memories these names evoke within the community, and those sentiments resonate deeply with us. It has been a privilege to be part of your daily milestones and family outings through these partnerships.

In our ongoing efforts to optimize the mall’s layout and offerings, we carefully consider the presence of brands within the wider neighborhood. For instance, while the McDonald’s at Tampines Mall was one of the first in the area back in the 1990s, the community is now well-served by eight different outlets across Tampines, including one just a short 260-meter walk away. This allows us to free up space for new experiences while ensuring your favorites remain accessible.

A Vision for the Future: The $24 Million Enhancement

To ensure we continue to meet the evolving lifestyle needs of our shoppers, we recently announced a S$24 million asset enhancement initiative. This significant investment, set to unfold through the second half of 2025, will modernize our spaces and upgrade facilities to create a more dynamic retail environment. Our goal is to provide a fresh, inspiring atmosphere that maintains a diverse mix of options for every visitor.

New Flavors and Premium Retail Debuts

The transformation is already underway with the introduction of exciting international brands. We are thrilled to welcome Yeah Gelato, which is now open, and the highly anticipated Casa Vostra, scheduled to open its doors this April. These popular concepts, which first gained acclaim in downtown hubs like Raffles City and Plaza Singapura, are now bringing their premium offerings directly to the heartlands of Tampines.

Dining options will be further diversified with the addition of Wingstop, which will occupy the space formerly held by Long John Silver’s, offering a fresh halal dining choice for the community. Beyond food, the mall’s retail landscape is expanding to include prestigious beauty and lifestyle brands. Shoppers can look forward to the arrival of Shiseido in March, followed by Elemis in April, as well as Braun Buffel and Meilleur Moment. These new additions will join familiar favorites like BreadTalk, L'OCCITANE, and Toast Box, all of which are debuting refreshed store designs to enhance your shopping experience.

Looking Ahead to 2026

The rejuvenation of Tampines Mall is a carefully planned journey that has been in the works for some time. We are currently on track for a progressive completion by the third quarter of 2026. We look forward to welcoming you to a revitalized space that honors its 30-year legacy while embracing the future of retail. Stay tuned as we announce more exciting store openings in the coming months.
