As a 30-year-old iconic mall in the East, Tampines Mall has continually refreshed our tenant mix and maintained a curated selection of well-loved brands and fresh concepts. Our tenants continue to trade well, particularly in the food and beverage category, supported by our active trade mix management, strategic location of Tampines Mall and the strong support of our shopper community. We appreciate how much our tenants have meant to generations of shoppers, and we would like to thank Isetan, McDonald's, Decathlon and Long John Silver's for their close partnership and contributions to Tampines Mall over the years. We recognise that many residents hold fond memories of these brands, and the nostalgia and sentiments shared by the community resonate deeply with us. It has been our privilege to serve our shoppers and to be part of your everyday moments and milestones. We also consider the brands’ presence when we review if the brand is suitable for the mall. For example, when McDonald’s opened in the 1990s within the vicinity, Tampines Mall was one of the first few outlets. Now there are 8 McDonald’s outlets in Tampines, and the nearest one is 260m, a short walk away. We aim to regularly bring new brands and experiences to the neighbourhood, which is why in the second half of 2025, we announced a S$24 million asset enhancement initiative promising to deliver fresh and dynamic retail experiences that will continue to inspire and delight. This includes upgrading facilities, modernising spaces and introducing new brands, enabling us to meet our shoppers’ evolving lifestyle needs. During this transformation, we will continue to ensure a diverse mix so there is something for everyone. The mall’s food and beverage selection will be further enhanced with international brands such as Yeah Gelato, which has already opened, as well as Casa Vostra, opening in April. These popular brands were first introduced in premier downtown malls in Raffles City Shopping Centre and Plaza Singapura and have made their way to Tampines Mall. The announcement of Casa Vostra’s opening has generated keen interest, a testament to our active listening of shoppers’ feedback who would like to try this popular Italian concept closer to home. We are also pleased to bring in Wingstop, which will take over the space occupied by Long John Silver’s, providing additional halal dining option for the community. Shoppers can also look forward to brands making their debut at Tampines Mall, including Shiseido, opening in March, Elemis, opening in April, Braun Buffel, Meilleur Moment and alongside familiar favourites such as BreadTalk, L'OCCITANE and Toast Box, which now feature refreshed store fit-outs. Planning for the mall’s rejuvenation has been underway for some time. The asset enhancement initiative is on track for progressive completion by the third quarter of 2026, and we look forward to welcoming shoppers to experience the revitalised Tampines Mall as we embark on our next chapter. More new and exciting store openings will be announced in the following months. Follow us here for the latest updates. #TampinesMall
