Warehouse Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Ensure timely and accurate loading/unloading of shipments.
• Monitor warehouse staff performance, assign duties, and provide training and guidance.
• Implement and enforce safety and cleanliness standards in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory control systems; conduct stock takes and cycle counts as required.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g. transport, customer service, planning) to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to inventory, damaged goods, or shipment delays.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of material handling equipment (e.g.,forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Prepare reports on warehouse productivity, inventory levels, and staff performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in warehouse process enhancements.
• Handle administrative duties such as attendance records, OT planning, and reporting incidents.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.

· Strong leadership and people management skills.

· Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.

· Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.

· Forklift license (if applicable).

· Good communication skills in English (and other relevant languages).

· Physically fit and able to handle warehouse working conditions.

• Working Hours: 5.5 working days,
• Company Transport: Pick-up points - Bedok, Pasir Ris, Tampines, Punggol, Sengkang.
