Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day HR activities including hiring, on-boarding, off-boarding, welfare administration.
• Manage full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Participate and render support in campus recruitment, career fairs etc.
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with various stakeholders (hiring managers and external recruitment partners etc.)
• Collate statistics and compile reports for analysis and improvement measures.
• Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
• Generate HR administration and other ad-hoc HR administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• Diploma In Business, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Technical hiring experience would be an added advantage.
• Motivated, adaptable and able to deliver under pressure.
• A hands-on individual who can work independently with minimal supervision as well as a team player.
• Able to interact with all levels, internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner.
• Meticulous and attentive to details.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and well organized.
• Diplomatic, discrete and able to keep confidentiality at all times.
